Instructions: Pit the plums and place with liquid in a food processor and process to a puree.
Transder to a saucepan add the remaining ingredients and simmer stirring until thickened. Hint.Add bottled chilli sauce for added zest or try a little ground ginger or cinnamon . Best served hot.
