Instructions: Heat the oil in a kadai or wok.
Add the garlic and stir for half a minute. Add the potato chips and stir fry until translucent. Add the salt and chilli powder and mix well. Then add a little water and cook on a low heat until the potatoes are done to your satisfaction. Serve hot with rotis as a spicy alternative to chips. A speciality of the west coast of India.
