Instructions: Scrub potatoes. Cut each in half lengthwise; cut each half into 4 lengthwise wedges.
Microwave on high the butter in uncovered 12x18-inch baking dish for 45-60 seconds or until butter melts. Mix in cheese and seasoning. Coat potato wedges with butter mixture. Place wedge-side-up in baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high 12-14 minutes or until tender, rotating once. TIPS: For extra flavor, sprinkle additional cheese on potatoes after cooking. Potatoes can also be cut into 1/2-inch slices. Email this Recipe:
