Instructions: Cook rice in 4 cups of water in a cover pot over medium-high heat until done.
In a separate frying pan, add sliced potatoes to 2 cups of water and heat over medium-high heat. Shred cabbage and add to potatoes. Add peas and spices to mixture. Continue heating in covered pan, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender. Serve over cooked rice. Email this Recipe:
