Instructions: Cook the noodles according to the packet intructions. Drain, toss in the sesame oil nad set aside. Mix the soy, chilli, sherry together until smooth, set aside.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok. Add the apples and pepper slices and stir fry for 4 minutes, or until golden. Add the mangetout, garlic, ginger and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the prawns, spring onions and soy sauce mixture to the wok with 150ml (1/4 pint) water and stir fry for 1 minute. Stir in the noodles and serve immediately. Email this Recipe:
