Instructions: Seafood Alternatives: cod, salmon, shrimp To make the spicy remoulade sauce, stir all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
Break the fish into 1/2- to 1-inch pieces, discarding any skin or bones, and put it in a medium bowl. Add the remoulade sauce and gently stir to mix. Halve the kaiser rolls and lightly toast the cut sides. Layer the lettuce, tomato and 1/4 of the fish mixture in each roll. This recipe yields 4 servings.
