Ingredients:

1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 tsp salt (divided)
4 x beef rib-eye steaks, cut 1 inch thick (about 8 ounces each)
2 lrg sweet onions, cut into 1/2 inch slices (14 to 16 ounces each)
2 tbl olive oil
1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: In small bowl, combine garlic powder, cumin, oregano, cayenne and1/2 teaspoon salt. Press evenly into both sides of each steak.

Brush onions with oil. Place onions on grid over medium, ash-covered coals.

Grill, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes or until tender; turn once. Grill steaks 11 to 14 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness; turn once. Season onions with remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt and the pepper.

Squeeze lime juice over steaks and onions and serve.
