Instructions: 1. Crumble sausage into a 10-inch nonstick skillet. Cook over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes until no pink remains.
2. Add zucchini and bell pepper. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring often until vegetables are tender. 3. Whisk eggs in a large bowl. Stir in cheese. Pour over mixture in skillet and stir gently to distribute eggs evenly. 4. Cook 4 to 6 minutes until set on bottom and sides (eggs will be runny in center). 5.
