1 lb linguine
1 lb Dungenous crab
1 lb jumbo shrimp
2 lb mussels
6 tbl olive oil
2 clv garlic, chopped
16 oz cans Italian (San Marzano)
plum tomatoes crushed by hand.
4 tbl fresh chopped Italian parsley
3 tbl crushed red pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt and cook pasta al dente Meanwhile clean and remove meat from crab, save shell for presentation.

Peel and devein shrimp. Wash and debeard Mussels. In large pot heat 3 tablespoons of oil and heat until hot. Add garlic and saute for 2 minutes.

Add parsley, tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Continue to cook on medium high heat for 30 minutes. While the sauce is cooking, in a separate pan saute shrimp in remaining olive oil until tender or dark pink, remove and set aside. Add mussels, wine, and crushed red pepper (for even spicier taste, add extra red pepper) to the sauce cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring a couple of times. When all the mussels have opened (discard any unopened mussels) add shrimp and crab meat. Saute 2 minutes. Drain linguine and place in a large bowl pour fish sauce over the pasta. Garnish with parsley and crab shell.
