Instructions: In a large skillet, heat the peanut oil and cook the shallots and garlic for about 3 minutes, or until translucent. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the sesame oil. Add the snap peas and toss in pan for 2 minutes, or just until peas turn bright green and are heated through.
