Instructions: Heat the oil in a large saute pan set over medium heat and saute the garlic and onion 1 minute. Add the cumin, coriander, and red-pepper flakes and saute 1 minute more. Add the parsley, shrimp, salt, pepper, and lime juice and saute 2 minutes. Cover, reduce the heat to low, and continue cooking until the shrimp are heated through, about 4 minutes.
