1/2 pkt EDEN Kamut Spaghetti
15 oz Can EDEN Navy Beans drained
1/2 oz Can EDEN Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
5 x Scallions, chopped
1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
1 med Red pepper, chopped
1 tbl Lemon juice
1 tsp Cumin
Instructions:
Instructions: Break spaghetti into one inch pieces, cook as package directs, drain and rinse. Add remaining ingredients and serve.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Yield: 4-5 servings
