2 tbl Cornstarch
3 tbl Soy sauce
1/2 cup Chicken stock
1/3 cup Orange juice
2 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Rice vinegar
1 tsp Sesame oil
2 tbl Olive oil
4 x Sliced chicken breasts
1/4 cup Orange zest
1 x Minced garlic clove
1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
1 x Sliced red bell pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Directions: In a bowl, whisk together the cornstarch, soy sauce, chicken stock, orange juice, sugar, rice vinegar and sesame oil. Heat a large skillet or wok until very hot. Add the olive oil, then add the chicken.

Cook for about one minute, tossing. Add the orange zest, garlic, red pepper flakes, bell pepper, and snow peas. Saute for 3 minutes, stirring often.

Stir in the sauce mixture and simmer for 4-5 minutes, reducing slightly.

Serve immediately.

Serves 4.
