Instructions: Heat oven to 300 degrees. Place nuts in small bowl; pour egg white over nuts and stir until nuts are coated and sticky. Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over nuts, stirring until sugar mixture completely coats nuts.

Spread on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes.
