Instructions: Heat oven to 300 degrees. Place nuts in small bowl. Pour egg whites over nuts and stir until nuts are coated and sticky. Mix sugar and cinnamon.

Sprinkle over nuts, stirring until sugar mixture completely coats nuts.

Spread on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes.
