Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 x Big steak, about a pound or more
MARINADE: (FEW HOURS OR OVERNIGHT)
1/4 cup Homebrew beer, dark and heavy
1/4 cup Orange juice
1 tbl Sweet mirin, or vinegar and some sugar
1 x Clove (large) garlic, minced
1 slc (1-inch) ginger, minced
1 x Orange, finely grated peel from
2 x Red Habaneros, finely chopped
2 x Green onions, chopped
4 x Chipotles, finely chopped
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Coriander
----------------- SAUCE, ETC ----------------
2 tbl Hot smoke finishing sauce, or a good BBQ sauce
2 tbl Joes Smoke Sauce
1/2 tbl Pebre
1 lrg Onion, chopped
1 med Carrot, chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Here is a chili I made using some of the hot sauces from Jennifers Trainers Hot Licks (Ive made just about every one). Turned out great - Ive made it about 4 times now, once with chicken, which was just about as good.

Marinade first, then add all remaining ingredients. Simmer uncovered until all are cooked and the amount of liquid is just right. If it is too soupy, mix 1 tsp of cornstarch with some sauce and add it to chili.

Serve with flour tortillas, fresh salsa, lettuce or alfalfa sprouts, your favourite black beans, and lots of that home brew!
