Instructions: Prepare wheat. Chop, slice, dice or slice all or chop all veggies then mix together. Add picante sauce and spices. Add tomatoes. Serve with toasted warm pita or bagels. Keeps well overnight, but best if tomatoes are added just before serving. I also like to add a little extra fresh cilanto with the tomatoes. ENJOY!
