1 tsp	Garlic puree
1 tsp	Ginger puree
3 x	Fresh green chillies, chopped
1 tbl	Fresh mint
3 tbl	Chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp	Cummin seeds, roasted and ground
1 tsp	Garam masala
1 tbl	Mild curry paste (B)
2 tbl	Tandoori dry mix masala (C)
