Instructions: Heat oil in a wok on high heat. Add chicken and stir fry 45 seconds. Add garlic and hot pepper. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, 2 or 3 minutes. Add green onion, lime juice, fish sauce, chili paste, and sugar.
