Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
10 oz lowfat tofu cubed
1/2 cup dried apricot halves
1/2 cup prunes pitted
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup white wine dry
2 tbl white wine vinegar
1 tbl cornstarch
2 tbl sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
Instructions:
Instructions: Put tofu, apricots, prunes, and raisins in crockpot.

In small bowl combine other ingredients. Mix to dissolve cornstarch. Pour over tofu and fruit. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

Serve over rice.
