8 x lamb cutlets
1/3 cup tomato paste
1 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1 tbl soy sauce
1 clv garlic, crushed
1 tbl grain mustard
2 tbl brown sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Trim excess fat from cutlets. Combine tomato paste, sauces, garlic, mustard, sugar & honey in a bowl. Add cutlets; turn to coat in mixture. Place cutlets on a wire rack over a baking dish; spoon remaining sauce over cutlets. Cook in moderately hot oven 190 degrees C for about 30 mins, or until cooked as desired. Serve with steamed vegetables.
