1 tsp lime juice
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground coriander
1/8 tsp ground cumin
1 dsh cayenne pepper
1/2 lb turkey chopped
1/2 x Granny Smith apple peeled, chopped
1/4 cup raisins
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix mayonnaise with chutney, lime juice, and spices. Add remaining ingredients and chill.

This recipe yields about 6 to 8 sandwiches.
