36 x pieces round won ton wrapper
1 x egg beaten with 2 tbsp. water
1 dsh cornstarch
1 tsp vegetable oil

1/2 cup carrots, grated
1/2 cup zucchini, grated
1/2 cup won bok cabbage kim chee, drained and finely chopped
1/4 cup firm tofu, broken up into small pieces with a fork
1/4 cup watercress leaves
1 tbl sesame oil
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
2 tbl ginger, chopped
2 tbl garlic, chopped
3 tbl black bean paste
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute ginger and garlic in the sesame oil. Add carrots, zucchini, kim chee, tofu, watercress, cilantro and black bean paste. Stir briefly and remove from heat, add salt and noodles. Place filling in a baking pan and let cool. Lay out wrappers on a counter. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wrapper. Fold wrapper over filling to create a half-moon, then seal with a dash of egg wash. Place in a pan or plate sprinkled with cornstarch to prevent the mandoo from sticking together.

Fry mandoo in oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve with sauce.
