1/3 cup	balsamic vinegar
2 tbl	onion finely chopped
2 tbl	green onions finely chopped
2 tbl	squash finely chopped
2 tbl	zucchini finely chopped
2 tbl	fresh parsley finely chopped
1/4 tsp	salt
1/4 tsp	crushed red pepper

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Let stand at room temperature at least 1 hour.

Yield: 1 cup (serving size: 1/4 cup).
