Instructions: In a large bowl, stir together flours, baking powder, cinnamon, allspice and salt. In a small bowl beat together eggs, milk, oil and honey. Add to dry ingredients. Stir until mixture is just barely moistened. Stir in zucchini, raisins and lemon rind. Spoon into paper-lined muffin pans. Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes or until they test done.
