2 bag fresh spinach
2 x Tart red apples, sliced
8 slc Bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
2/3 cup Salad dressing or mayonnaise
Instructions:
Instructions: Wash & dry spinach leaves; tear into bite-size pieces. Combine spinach, apples & bacon. Mix mayonnaise & orange juice; pour over spinach mixture & toss lightly.

Serves 8.
