CUSTARD MIX ----------------
6 x Eggs
3 cup Milk
Nutmeg
White pepper and-- salt to taste
----------------- QUICHE ----------------
1 can Artichoke hearts, chopped in small pieces (14 ounce)
1 cup Spinach, finely chopped
1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Instructions:
Instructions: To make the custard, mix the ingredients together. Place spinach, artichoke hearts and cheese into pie shells. Add the custard mixture. Place in a 375 degree oven and bake 45 minutes to one hour until the custard is set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. If using processed Parmesan cheese, use less salt in the custard mix. If using frozen spinach, squeeze out water after defrosting.
