12 oz Spinach leaves, washed, drained and torn
3/4 cup Fresh mushrooms, sliced
3/4 cup Crispcooked bacon, crumbled
3/4 cup Croutons
4 x Hardcooked eggs, sliced
Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine spinach, mushrooms and bacon in a mediumsized bowl; toss. Add croutons, eggs and pepper; toss. Top with salad dressing.

Serves 6.
