Amount	Ingredient
2 pkt	frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 med	onion, chopped
6 x	eggs, beaten
1 tsp	accent seasoning mix
3/4 cup	melted butter
2 cup	Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing mix
1/2 cup	parmesan cheese
1 tsp	pepper
1/2 tsp	thyme

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all ingredients and shape into small balls. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for approxmiately 25 minuttes.

Yield 60 balls or 100 if using a teaspoon for each ball.
