1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
8 oz Fat-free Mozarella, shredded
10 oz Spinach, frozen chopped, thawed and well-drained
6 oz Tomato paste
1/4 cup Onion, finely chopped
4 oz Canned mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 x Garlic clove, minced or pressed
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat oven to 375 F. Divide bread dough into 6 equal pieces. On baking sheets sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, pat each piece into a 7" circle. Combine remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Spoon approximately 1/2 c. of mixture onto half of each circle. Fold dough over filling; moisten edges and press together with fork to seal. Cut small slit in top of each calzone; lightly spray with cooking spray. Bake at 375 F. for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. 6 servings, each 322 calories, 22 g protein,
