1/2 pkt Pepperidge Farm Frozen Puff Pastry Sheets
(1 sheet)
1 x egg
1 tbl water
1/2 cup shredded Muenster or Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 x green onion chopped
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 pkt frozen chopped spinach (about 10 ounces)
Instructions:
Instructions: THAW TIME: 30 minutes
PREP TIME: 20 minutes
BAKE TIME: 15 minutes

Thaw pastry sheet at room temperature 30 min. Preheat oven to 400 F. Mix egg and water. Mix Muenster cheese, Parmesan cheese, onion and garlic.

Unfold pastry on lightly floured surface. Brush with egg mixture. Top with cheese mixture and spinach. Starting at one side, roll up like a jelly roll. Cut into 20 (I/2") slices. Place 2" apart on baking sheet. Brush tops with egg mixture.

Bake 15 minutes or until golden. Serve warm. Or remove from baking sheet and cool on wire rack. Serve at room temperature.

Makes 20 appetizers.
