1 pkt frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1 pkt knorr vegetable sour and recipe mix
1 can water chestnuts, drained, chopped, optional
Instructions:
Instructions: Stir all ingredients until well mixed.

Cover; chill.

Makes 3 cups.
