Instructions: Thaw spinach; drain and squeeze dry. Blend with remaining ingredients.
Chill before serving. Serve with raw vegetables, such as celery, carrots, red, green or yellow pepper strips, broccoli or cauliflower florets. For an attractive presentation, serve dip in a round loaf of sourdough bread. Slice top off loaf and hollow out center. Fill with chilled dip.
