Instructions: In skillet over medium-high heat cook bacon until crisp, 7-8 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Cut into 1/2" pieces; set aside. Combine yogurt, lemon juice, mayonnaise, capers, mustard, Worcestershire, salt and pepper. In large serving bowl combine spinach, radicchio, endive and onion. Just before serving toss salad with dressing. Sprinkle with bacon. 6 servings
