Instructions: Thaw spinach and drain excess water. Brown ground beef with onion. Add remaining ingredients (except Velveeta Cheese). Mix well and place in casserole dish. Cover entire casserole with slices of Velveeta Cheese. Bake at 350i for 30 minutes.
