1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
2 pkt (10-oz size) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt butter in large skillet over low heat, add turmeric, coriander and salt and cook, stirring for 2 minutes. Stir in spinach. Cover, cook until spinach is heated through.

Uncover, add cottage cheese and sour cream and reheat, mixing thoroughly. Do not allow to boil.

Serves six.
