2 pkt	(3 Oz) Lemon Gelatin
3/4 cup	Boiling Water
3 dsh	Tobasco Sauce
3 tbl	Vinegar
1 cup	Mayonnaise
1 pkt	Frozen Chopped Spinach, Uncooked
2/3 cup	Diced Celery
2 tbl	Chopped Onion
	Salt And Pepper, To Taste

Instructions:

Instructions: Dissolve gelatin in the 1 3/4 cup. boiling water. Add the next 7 ingredients, then fold in the cottage cheese. Pour into a 6-cup mold.

Refrigerate until set.
