2 cup spinach leaves
1/2 cup nuts
2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 x cloves garlic ( or more to taste)
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: In food processor - process spinach leaves until finely chopped. Add nuts, cheese, and garlic, salt, process until a thick past with tiny lumps. With food processor running slowly pour oil. If a little thick , thin with starch (potato) water. To freeze put in carton cover with plastic wrap.
