1 x	Bread crumb pie crust
2 pkt	Frozen chopped spinach, defrost and drain
	Salt and pepper
4 x	Egg whites, or 2 eggs
2 cup	Cottage cheese, 1/2% fat
2 x	Onions

Instructions:

Instructions: Saute onions till browned. Mix with spinach, seasonings, eggs and cottage cheese. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 3 0 min. at 350F.
