Ingredients:

1 pkt	Frozen chopped spinach
3 oz	Grated fat free cheese or nondairy cheese-monteray Jack or cheddar style (up to 4)
2 x	Cloves minced garlic (optional)
1/4 tsp	Freshly ground black pepper (optional)
	----------------- TOPPING ----------------
6 x	Egg whites
3/4 cup	Homemade bisquick (recipe to follow)

Instructions:

Instructions: Thaw spinach and mix n garlic and pepper, if using. Sprinkle with cheese.

Mix together topping ingredients and beat well. Pour over spinach cheese mixture and mix together. Pour into a pie plate lightly with pam style spray. Bake at 400 for 30 to 35 minutes.
