dressing:
3 tbl mango chutney
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup dive oil
1 x salt and freshly ground pea to taste
8 cup (about 14 ounces) fresh spinach leaves tom into bite sized pieces
8 oz smoked turkey or chicken cut into strips
1/2 cup died red onion
Instructions:
Instructions: In a blender or food processor puree all dressing ingredients.

In a large serving bowl combine spinach turkey or chicken and onion.

Toss with dressing and sprinkle with cashews.
