1 pt grape tomatoes halved
1 sm red onion thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
1 pkt crumbled goat cheese - (4 oz)
1 x ripe avocado peeled, diced
1/2 cup chopped pecans toasted
Instructions:
Instructions: Place first 7 ingredients in a large bowl, tossing gently. Drizzle with Apricot Vinaigrette, tossing gently to coat.
