1/2 cup	sliced fresh mushrooms
1 x	green onion sliced
1 med	tomato chopped
2 slc	bacon cooked, crumbled
1 x	hard-cooked egg chopped
1 tbl	shredded Parmesan cheese
	----------------- HONEY AND BACON DRESSING ----------------
2 slc	bacon cooked, crumbled
2 tbl	honey
1 tbl	vinegar
2 tbl	olive oil

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine the first seven ingredients in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients; pour over salad. Serve immediately.
