1 tsp Sugar
1 x Lemon rind, grated
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Paprika
3 tbl Lemon juice
3 tbl Sour cream
Instructions:
Instructions: Blend all ingredients except spinach for 15 seconds.

Toss with spinach and serve.
