3 tbl	Orange Juice, Frozen
	Concentrate
1 tbl	White Wine Vinegar
1 tsp	Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp	Salt
1/4 tsp	Pepper
4 cup	Spinach Leaves Or Salad
	Greens -- Fresh, Torn
4 cup	Bibb Lettuce -- Torn

Instructions:

Instructions: In large bowl, whisk together oil, orange juice concentrate, 1 tablespoon water, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Just before serving, add spinach, Bibb lettuce and mushrooms; toss to combine.

Makes 4 servings.
