Instructions: Cook and stir onion and garlic in hot butter til tender but not brown. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add pasta, nutmeg, and pepper; simmer about 5 min. Add chopped spinach and simmer 5 min, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt if desired. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
