Instructions: Wash potatoes. Prick potatoes with fork and bake on high for 20 minutes or until tender. Cut in half lengthwise and scoop flesh into bowl. Reserve potato shells and set aside.
Meanwhile, rinse and chop spinach. Cook on high 4 minutes. Drain well and mix with potato, salt, milk and 2 tablespoons butter. Spoon mixture into reserved potato. Email this Recipe:
