3 pkt frozen chopped spinach - (10 oz ea)
2 pkt frozen chopped Swiss chard - (10 oz ea)
(use additional chopped spinach instead if desired)
3 lrg eggs beaten
1 cup sour cream
1 pch nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Defrost spinach and Swiss chard; pour off excess water and squeeze dry. In a large bowl, mix spinach, Swiss chard, eggs, sour cream and nutmeg; season well with salt and pepper. Spread into a buttered shallow baking dish. Top with cheese.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 40 minutes, until bubbly and browned on top.

This recipe yields 8 servings.
