1 lrg round French bread
1 pkt frozen spinach, thaw & drain
1 can sliced water chestnuts,, chopped fine
16 oz sour cream
2 cup mayonnaise
1 bn green onions, chopped fine
1 pkt dry Knorr Swiss leek soup
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients (except bread) above together; let stand in refrigerator about one hour (or more) before serving.

Cut a circle in top of French bread and carefully remove most of bread from inside crust. Cut into 1 1/2 to 2 inch squares for dipping along with top of French bread.

Fill French bread with spinach and leek dip. Place on platter and arrange pieces of bread around. (You may need an extra small loaf of bread or can use crackers.) Garnish with parsley and serve. Can be kept in refrigerator.
