2 tbl	red wine vinegar
2 tbl	olive oil
2 tbl	water
1 tbl	honey
2 tsp	Dijon mustard
8 cup	baby spinach, washed and patted dry
2 x	fresh ripe pears, sliced with seeds removed

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine first 5 ingredients in a salad cruet and shake well. Toss spinach, pears and red onion in a large bowl. Just before serving pour dressing over salad and toss.

Chefs Notes: Not much room for improvement here.
